What is Remote Customer Support?

  It is a way for us to provide Application Engineering Support to Solve problems in real time.
Why is it needed?   You need answers to problems now, not tomorrow or next week. We can often debug a problem by remotely viewing what you are doing.

How does it work?   You request a Support Key from us by calling or emailing Customer Support. When you get the key, you log on to www.fastsupport.com (see the button below). Over a secure connection, you share your desktop with us, we connect with your computer, and we help you solve the problem.

How much does it cost?   Access is free. Consultation time with PPT Vision Application Engineers is charged at our standard hourly rate.
